Oh wait, Sparky the dog weighs 40 lbs...

Whew, he is still sleeping on the sofa so I didn’t lose him.

Now where did that damned kid go?

Well, it’s time for some mashed potatoes and cottage cheese then off to bed.

My digestive system thinks I’m mad at it...

Nice, Congrats!

If you want to follow my progress and plan, its here...

Weight loss and perseverance
I read it a few weeks ago...thanks!! I started a couple months ago and it was rough. I wasn't happy with my weight. I'd lost weight before to only gain it all and a few extra back. In the past I called my weight loss a diet. What I needed was a life style eating change. I finally gave it some serious thought. My wife with her gall bladder had dropped 35 and then another 10 after her surgery keeping it off. It inspired me and also didn't want to be left behind. With her eating changes I was also eating better. I was already changing so why not get serious. I made an exercise and eating plan I was willing to buy into. With plan in place, and no excuses I began.
Initially the hard part was mindset. Thinking about what I was about to eat and if it was really what I should eat. The first week, or so it was a meal by meal decision. I decided I'd eat a small portion/snack meal of something not out of a bag, processed, or fried. I had this snack meal every two-three hours depending on how I felt. The first week it was every two hours six times a day. Now a couple months later its every three to four hours four times a day. Its amazing now how small an amount of food will fill or satisfy your hunger. I feel really good what I'm doing. I'm down 12 and have another 15 to go. Unlike past times I'll continue my lifestyle change and keep it off. Oh and like you I do occasionally treat myself.

Pro bench racing at its finest. My non functioning engine makes 600 hp...if it actually ran.
Meh, I’m more trying to figure out what the previous owner may have been doing with it is all. In reality I’ll never know but curiousity strikes

Plowing snow tomorrow.gonna be fun, angle blade and boot to the floor.

Desktop dyno...is that like in the perfect world this is what'd it'd do right out of the box??
Yeah somewhat. I’ve found it’s fairly close, usually a margin of error of 3-5 percent on known dynoed combinations. Sometimes to the high side sometimes to the low.
