Stop in for a cup of coffee

Oh I'm going all out heated, cooled, lights, water, drain, etc...
Going to get the lift that has the lift within the lift.
My buddy has one pretty cool when needed.

That's prob what I am thinking of. Need a new dual master? I have one for the cuda that came with it but plan on leaving the stock single one in.
No sir, I am going to the 88 model with plastic reservoir, it clears the headers better, plus that is what 66340SEDAN used

You will regret it if you get a old heavy *** c body. Only a few hundred more. I got mine from Wolfie long story on it but I could afford it then. Make sure that you can get extensions for the pads also you will be surprised when you may need them. I do not trust 4x4 blocks.
I don't ever see a C body in my future. I'd have to sell one to buy one and Cheryl has said more than once that isn't happening anytime soon.

lift within the lift ? can you show me the one you are talking about please ZMan, sons and I are pulling together to get us one

That is what I am seeing, my seat is out, so it should not be to bad, just two bolts on the dash , my master cylinder is already off
I don't know if pre 67 had the third bolt in steering column support. If its there, its about 6 inches lower on right side. For 67 and later, a bolt into a caged nut. Don't cross thread the fecker. Ruined my day once.

Thank you RedFish, I will look and make sure, good morning bud

I'll call and ask him. The lift is all in one. He can lift the car, then hit a button and the smaller lift comes up under the middle of the frame and lifts it a couple feet higher.

My lift is a drive on. Would not have any other.
One air jack and two jack trays.
Lifts whatever fits in my door.

Never seen anything like that, but I do live way out in the sticks in Arkansas

I thought about drive on and then thought against it since I'm not using it that often.
I'm thinking now in 20 years it might be a PITA to climb under the car to set the lift??

Just watched a video of a leaf spring repair. On a 2 post.
First thing, remove wheel and drop it 3 feet to the floor. I lower wheel 1” and set it aside on the hoist. Dont have to lift it off the floor. Hoist deck is a great place to set tools and parts.

I seriously wonder how we worked on the old school single piston lifts in the gas stations! Good thing with those and four post you can open the doors. Mine you cannot.

School bus shops have them, and I bet they have been replaced by cameras, or soon will be, hit a school maintenance shop for one JT

I once witnessed a big rear wheel and tire from a 4 wheel drive truck get bumped off the drive on runway. It bounced into the car in next bay. New shop rule. No more placing wheels on the runway. We did still lay the smaller ones up there, well centered.

Ever drop something into that abyss the post comes from? I once dropped a Porsha lug nut. Damn things were aluminum or some chit a stick magnet would not retrieve. Parts runner went to Leroy Cannon VW dealership and paid nearly 8 bucks for one lug nut.
