Just put them back in right away before it goes in the open plug holes...Good news I that I pulled the plugs and checked the oil, no coolant there

I was JOKING Karl.......I was Joking......No, I don't take chances...
My son had a friend who was into the whole holistic eating thing and he used to come pick some and make soup with them, but he cautioned that the ones that grow in the yard are usually not the ones to eat... The ones that grow at the base of trees are usually the edible kind... You need to look them up on the internet and identify them properly so you don't eat any poisonous ones... I would rather not take any chances and leave them alone...
Chris, If you remove the starter, it will probably prevent any further leaks.....Just sayin.....Just put them back in right away before it goes in the open plug holes...
Already didJust put them back in right away before it goes in the open plug holes...
Thanks I'll look into it. I got to pull the engine in my car.I think I got it from Pep Boys, but it's been a while...
If you get an engine levelor, make sure to get one with acme threads and not standard threads... Standard threads take too many turns to crank it up or down compared to acme threads...
If you get standard thread one, jack off for one to two hours at a time every day to get your arm in shape.... View attachment 1715400919

West of Denver are some mean mountains but it is absolutely beautiful there.
Case in point.... I didn’t notice this repair ever before.... it’s not visible from the topChris is really unlucky

Oh wll. **** gets repaired. Doesn't mean its bad. Looks OK. Does it seem like that was a problem?Case in point.... I didn’t notice this repair ever before.... it’s not visible from the top

Not the whole problem. The intake is a stamped steel gasket. Finnicky under the best circumstances. When i had trouble sealing one it needed sealant everywhere. Might as well put some in you hair to start with, its gonna end up there anyway.Oh wll. **** gets repaired. Doesn't mean its bad. Looks OK. Does it seem like that was a problem?
Yeah. I made a plug to fit the t-stat intake, turned the regulator down to about 20 psi and slowly pressurized it, coolant floor from around that area nearly freely.Oh wll. **** gets repaired. Doesn't mean its bad. Looks OK. Does it seem like that was a problem?
yep, looks like that’s what I’ll need to do. Gonna ditch the foam end gaskets too.Not the whole problem. The intake is a stamped steel gasket. Finnicky under the best circumstances. We need the rain hereWell today was two brake jobs for family friends. Or friends family. Both good kids.
One had a dash rattle, from remote start install. I pulled a panel and found 3/4 loose screws on the knee bolster.
So got some good deeds out of the way.
Rained all day though...
