so i took a walk around the property. We've been fighting a bad poison ivy take over for 7 years now. i'm immune to it, but the wife isn't. We've tried all the chemicals available and then some. never could get rid of it. Well last year, had an old guy down the road tell me to boil water and dump on the plants. So last fall, thats what I did, boiled up dozens of pots of hot water, dumped on them. Normally this time of year, its already over growing everywhere, not a single plant this year.

The net is slow as a whole. It took me most of the morning yesterday to download Turbotax to the wife's laptop. I scanned some old photos while I was waiting.
 
I had a LUV truck like that^^ Except it was sky blue.
In the Navy. My buddy and I were driving it to Great lakes from San Diego, he fell asleep at the wheel, almost killed me, did kill the truck. Did I mention, Truck was 4 days old and no insurance because he was un licensed!

Had a loan from the Navy credit union, had a disbursement come right out of my pay, Paid for that truck 3 years, AND insurance even tho the truck was totaled and gone...
