Stop in for a cup of coffee

I ended up putting it where Mitch said....we will see.....the concrete was only 3 inches thick. Some of it was put down a long time ago.....So I am cutting out a 4 feet by 4 feet section under each post, will dig it out to 6 inches and add rebar. Will be great.....
Sweet. Ours was 14 inch of M70 grade with rebar. And cured 20 years lol

Light is gone now and just wrapped up the hose from watering.

Half the yard done tonight, the other half tomorrow night.

The stuff is way too parched. Until we get more rain, every 3 days they will get watered.

Yeah, nothing for 2 weeks. It was good up until then. Every storm that has come by since split on each side of the ridge we are on leaving us parched.

I'm pretty beat... Been working in the office restrooms. Changed batteries for 4 faucets. They are in a box, behind a big panel under the sink. Bunch of screws to get to each. Then adjusting valves to get waterflow/temp set. Also changed about half the bulbs in each room Fluorescent tubes down both sides. Recessed almost a foot up. Bending in directions my shoulders aint supposeed to go. :BangHead: And they fit so tight, you have to push the bulb one way while you push the other tombstone end the other way. Of course you can barely get a ladder to the ones above the toilets... Lot-o-fun.

After dinner we went out and worked in a shed. Double 2x4 arond bottom was all rotten. Replaced with treated 4x4. Had to jack, block and cut nails off.
Now its sitting on the 4x4’s. Screw it together tomorrow. frame front wall and install roll up door. Then drag it into place next to the other shed and place 4” of gravel in it. Then metal siding.

So havnt finished backreading but howdy all. Took on a little over 4k gallons diesel and we are jacking down to transit to the next site.

I did a few bulbs today as well.

what's burnin all the fuel?
We took on 12k total but we are running 2 C32 genpacs 949kw each, underway we run 2 CAT 3516's at 2450kw each. Plus the divers crew and the cutting crew's gear all run Diesel. Use between 600-800 daily while not underway.

We each have monthly 'inspections' My main one is ALL lighting. If a bulb goes out right over someones desk, or is flickering so bad they are going into seizures the other shifts will do them. Otherwise, I usually replace them as I can get to them. We have a LOT of bulbs. :BangHead: But it usually works out good as fill in work I can do when I want.

Always loved the sound of that V-16 Detroit genset when I pushed the start button on that 250hp crusher motor :D
Not sure what KW we have at work. 100KW maybe? That's what I had at the cold storage. Just for backup lighting. Couldn't actually run any equipment on it. Same where I am now. Some of our freezer sites had trailer sized generators parked outside that could at least run some refrigeration. My larger plant had 5 NH3 compressors totaling 1550hp. I just closed all the doors and waited for the power to come back on.

Heart burn.:(

Have you tried drinking a glass of milk??? White or chocolate, warm or cold... It will help settle the acid in your stomach... It helps me...

Plus, it's good to drink some milk once in a while as an adult to keep your bones good and strong... Calcium...

The engine blew up twelve years ago, busted block when it did, new engine was gonna be 10,000 dollars and we stopped farming. So it’s sat behind the barn since. Now we’re adding onto that barn and need it out of the way. So it goes to scrap.
