I would tend to agree with that statement. It is a huge time waster for me. I do some good here and on Joey's other sites but it is all too time consuming.

3GPP develops the "Standards" internationally. These are consensus based determinations from major carriers, equipment manufacturers and governments. When an entourage of 50 Chinese engineers rolls into a committee meeting to decide on how a standard should be built, kinda tough for the 4 people from the U.S. (or other countries) to compete with that. It's an interesting methodology not dissimilar to most international telecommunications bodies. Individual providers pull from the standards "stack" for implementation into their networks based upon their business model and ROI. This is a constant evolution where various releases go from development through being "frozen" or published. About an 18 month churn for that then some time to see the standard appear into networks.

There is an Amish store near @halifaxhops . Man the food is good there. It has a little to go restaurant. Delicious. I guess I pissed off the cashier there. I paid with a 50 dollar bill and she used a pen to make sure it was real. Then she gave me a 20 in change, and I asked her to use the pen to make sure it was real..... Hey, you don't trust me why should I trust you??? Ray was laughing...

So on Saturday i am going to a buddies house to put in my headers and some other things.
I need to buy a mini starter but I forgot which one to get.
Is it a 98' durango or like a earlier Dakota? I think its the durango but i want to make sure.
