I remember my sophomore year of highschool. Took my w200 into the tire shop to get new tires put on at Walmart. Over two hours go by before the manager comes out and says, young man, try as we might, we just can’t get the new tires on to your rims. I think you need new rims.
I looked at him and said show me, so he takes me back, shows me the tires they were trying to put on… a 33x12.5x16…. My rims are 16.5 x 10s… their computer showed my rim5s as 16s when they pulled it up. But they never bothered to actually check the tires themselves

Chris. See that threaded hole next to the fill tube hole make sure it has a bolt that has sealant or teflon tape on it in there. Some dipsticks do not have a flange for that. It will drive you crazy a friend went through that thought it was the front seal.
