Hey that guy with the rear ends is by Keefer. Even if 7.25 worth the 100 for the sure grip unit.
I have 2 of the 7.25 Sure Grips now. One in the car is a 3.91 and the spare is the factory 2.62 or 2.53 I think???
Hey. Is the OEM Potting on an OEM voltage regulator clear?
Why? I have seen both clear and black.
Actually the OEM one for your car is mechanical. Someone upgraded it along the way with a square back alternator.

Probably just whoever made them. 90% of the time automotive potting is black. Seems like the clear runs easier.

I never looked up Temp differences. I just use black good to 400F I believe.
