So what's for dinner tonight? I know a bit late for most.
Had some left over chicken breasts and thought about some pulled chicken BBQ sauce and pork and beans with a potato salad. I really wanted Mexican chicken enchiladas so Made up a batch of pulled chicken added some pork and beans, cream cheese and cheddar cheese sour cream and lots of tomato.
It was great but if ya don't hear from me in the morning don't follow my recipe

Beef and broccoli with chicken fried rice from the Chinese place up the street. Crab rangoon as well.
Damn that sounds good. Been a long time eating Chinese at a good restaurant.

You must be Italian that's perfect.
Could use a glass of red wine to go with it though.
Fish tacos with cabbage with jalapeno sauce, chips & homemade salsa, and an Octoberfest or two.

Some day I will tell you a funny story about drinking vodka with a bunch of Spetsnaz in a neutral Country. We had a absolute blast with them. It was a random encounter and after all the butt sniffing and pedigree checks we all teamed up and just had a riot all night. In the morning we went to our separate corners. But I gotta tell ya the brotherhood of warriors does not distinguish different Countries. Good times.
