From what I see so far looks pretty stock.
Having roofers come install anchors on the house and hopefully shop, clean and treat as well. I'll get on a ladder to clean the gutters but not going up, too much pitch for me. Need to get gutter guards but damn they are expensive! How about the Kraken, they are playing their assess off!

Buddy has a big tank in his attic,we put it up there 25 or so years ago. I asked about it 5 years ago, he wasnt using it any more. Didnt want to, as its cumbersome. Now he wants to remove it. And now we are both older and crippled. Gonna go for it. When his 2 daughter’s boyfriends are around…
