Can those drums be cleaned up and reused?
How much lip is there? You would have to take them to whoever turns them and have them measured. Unless they are really ugly, I would turn them and reuse.
Those look pretty clean and not much lip (from what I can see) Get them turned if it's handy. If not I would run them.

All that is is a hollow bolt through a brass junction for the brake lines.. they don't wear out, just clean and put back on.
Just be very very careful, it tends to twist off rather easily
Inline kit would come with the axle vent... but I'd call them.
Just as a general rule... remove everything as if you can't replace it.
Not sure how they can tell the fram is good when its dug in like a tick! Not really saying projet car to me. LOL Might do OK on parts. Looks like some good moldings at least... I think the *** end would pop out from that tree and then just drag it back. But can't tell how much of a hill that is. If you gotta pay someone to get it out I think 'free' would be the appropriate price.
Another vote for Inline from me. Mines stock and fit great. But I gotta believe they are used to fitting vehicles with combos changed from original. I would just tell them exactly what it will be when done an let them tell you if they have prebent that is set up right.
