That might be possible with my own but these two are grand kids. Getting in tune with their road trip habits, what they eat, and other stuff wouldn't be too fun on a road trip. Great kids just young and lots of energy plus the older one gets car sick on extended drives. The younger one is all boy and well enough said. It will be a week of fun in the sun pool, fishing, zoo, and other kids stuff. They'll also go down for a few days to their other grandmother's ranch while they're here.

Yep I took my 3 year old son with me when I went to Carlisle and we had a blast.

273 re build cost estimates range between $4000 and $6000 + That's complete, out the door. Long block is maybe 1 or 2 less.

Damn. I have that total in my 440 build… and that’s with having to use two different shops since the first one screwed me over.

I agree, I would darn sure be pursuing an alternate course of action. Plus then you get rid of the bad JuJu that motor seems to drag around with it!
