Stop in for a cup of coffee

Those look like Road runner/ Super Coupe wheels?
I checked out the new rims. They fit well. I worked on the breaks this afternoon and hopefully the problem is fixed. We pulled the check valve on the booster and cleaned that out. I took it for a drive and it didn’t seem to be hanging up. So fingers crossed that is all it was. If not then I’ll replace the whole booster.

Getting closer

20230806_180643.jpg

I've got a can of chassis black to do the frame rails... and the blower motor
Back in the day we would use an acid brush and grease to do small parts.
Then again we would strip paint with a single edge razor blade.
Gave that job mostly to the new kid.

I could have waited until tomorrow mornings coffee chat to comment on a decision I have been struggling with.
I'm selling my red 67 notch.
I'll create proper for sale thread here in the near future.
@barracudakid You are one of few members here who have seen this car in person so I thought you should get the first notice.

Be careful. Hopefully you can rest and on track.

Sounds like you have a story to share now Fred

Now I need to watch that scene more closely

Thanks I had an artist do it up for me.

Boy you guys were chatty this morning. I just caught up. I’ve seen enough bananas this morning to satisfy my potassium intake
It’s never dull in here.
Yea was a fun winter BB my kid landed his plane on the road by my house and taxied into my yard. Pulled the wings off at 20 below out side and pulled it in the garage to paint it.
