Morning
Good eating fish you caught there! Yes the trip was successful and there was a couple of fishing stories that were born. The first involved landing "my" first salmon of the day, the guy that was fishing past my son (about 30 feet from me) said he had crossed my line on the same cast, he opened his bail on his reel, barbless hooks mind you. Anyhoo I dragged in the fish and his line and upon further review it was HIS lure in the mouth of that humpy! He was a good sport about it lol! Second story was my son was fighting a fish and his reel flew off his pole, had become loose and popped off down the beach! He managed to keep the fish on, doing his best angling/fly fishing technique until we got the reel screwed back into the rod, he later lost the fish. Looked hilarious!!!I see your fishing trip went great, Rich. We caught sockeye and a silver or two. Never a humpy or king. No season for kings this year. I always thought fishing for white sturgeon out by you would be cool. Columbia River or something like that.
ThanksDo you care if I share this on my Facebook page? Might help
Z did you do keto or just watching what you eat?Morning all nothing much going on here. Oh I did weigh in today and now down officially 41 pounds.
I'd like to do an even 50 but not sure what the body thinks. We all have that healthy weight, called a set point weight based on different things.
I wouldn't have any idea what mine is I haven't been this weight since 1982.
The Granddaughter apparently missed us while we were gone last week. She's coming by this morning Mom is dropping her off here before school for an hour or so. I'll take her in later and drop her off at school.
Just watching what I eat. I'm not as hungry now and have no real cravings. I drink lots of water and eat 1200-1500 calories a day and stay active.Z did you do keto or just watching what you eat?
Nice work.. it's amazing how much what you eat matters. Glad it's working outJust watching what I eat. I'm not as hungry now and have no real cravings. I drink lots of water and eat 1200-1500 calories a day and stay active.
It's funny too after doing this for the past seven months how you're taste change. Beer doesn't taste as good. Last week in Florida a meal came with fries that wouldn't sub them. I tried a few and pushed them away. That's all good though I'm in for the long haul.Nice work.. it's amazing how much what you eat matters. Glad it's working out
Yeah, i went keto for almost a year and felt the best i have ever felt and your tastes really change, plus never feeling hungry at all. BMI which I think is outdated says I'm overweight by .9%. I've always lifted weights and that isn't considered. Body fat though is right at 15% so it's all good.
