What's the rule of thumb... something like after a week or 10 days it's just habit, / routine.Nothing wrong with preparred, just skip the bun on a burger, or fries.. but it's hard to get started in anything

That it is. Especially since I first need to learn what all has carbs and doesn’t.Nothing wrong with preparred, just skip the bun on a burger, or fries.. but it's hard to get started in anything

I needed to try this one more time before writing a review. Nope, still not a fan.
yeah.. what pretty much happens is if you cut out carbs.. which you don't have to get nuts with, in a few days to a week you will find you don't get cravings as bad.. less hungry, plus your body will start dropping weight without you doing anything other than eating better...What's the rule of thumb... something like after a week or 10 days it's just habit, / routine.
Morning TimHey hey hey. Good morning all...

So I have a 2012 Toyota Avalon here from a guy from my church. Told me it was making some kind of noise in the front end. He brought it to me yesterday. I drove it this morning and I can hear a noise in the front but it's very hard to tell whether it's coming from the right or the left. I believe it's a wheel bearing. And I believe it's the right side. So I put it up on the lift and spin the tire by hand to see if I can hear any noise in the bearings. I don't hear anything but I'm still convinced there's a problem on the right. So I start the car up, while it is off the ground. Put it in gear so the front wheels are spinning. Put it up on the lift and check it with my doctor's stethoscope. Sure enough, it's the right side. Now on to the repair. Not an easy one though. You got to pull the the hub and spindle and press out the old bearing and press in the new one and then reassemble it on the car. Pay's good though. Lol

Looks more like a Cougar to me!
Honesty get's me into trouble sometimes. The guy in charge of this barrel pick is into marketing. He did a video on the bottle and how good it was. I bought a bottle, tasted it and wasn't at all impressed. 4 of us tasted it last night and all came to the same conclusion pretty much.No "home town" bump? You're a hard man Mike.
Mike, I have one as well, may not be exactly same vintage but one tasting was enough for me. Back on the shelf it went. I picked it up at your annual Mopar Drag race we went to last time. The liquor store was right down from the track across from a bar where we ate lunch. Don’t remember the name of either. Fact is that whole weekend was tuff to remember! We had a blast!Honesty get's me into trouble sometimes. The guy in charge of this barrel pick is into marketing. He did a video on the bottle and how good it was. I used to do IF, i would eat breakfast at 10am then eat dinner before 4 and then nothing between.... cutting carbs is easier but IF is a good way to get into keto and used to eating differently.. on keto i could eat like a PIG non stop and i lost soo much weight i had to stop 5'10" went from 220>156 and looked like i was in a camp.. felt AMAZING Though.. insane energyAnd you do intermittent fasting as well? I do much better on 2 meals a day. I break fast around 11:30 or 12.... then dinner between 6 and 8 pm
Other than that how is your day going?I hate humans... people come to my store for advice.. then go somewhere else and buy the parts that I sell.. then expect me to install them cheaply.. go suck a dick... And the guy got overcharged the part, sold extra parts he didn't need from a 18 year old that doesn't know dick... just frustrated.
Conoco North Cedar is the liquor store. Still there, new owners that jacked prices but they still got the goods.Mike, I have one as well, may not be exactly same vintage but one tasting was enough for me. Back on the shelf it went. Our Doctor Mitch is on it this morning, good call sir.. hopefully all the bolts and bearings are smooth going Mitch..So I have a 2012 Toyota Avalon here from a guy from my church.
