What sort of MOPAR devilery is this now!

Can't get all the bolt holes on the crankshaft pulley to line up. There is one that is always "off"

For example:

2019- fuel and air filter for combine cost:89.23 combined
2020: 91.76
2021: 239.33
2022: 301.62
2023: $576.89 !!! For the very Same part number.

Spray for weeds:

2019: 1200 bucks, 3 times a year.
2023: 7800 bucks , 3 times a year.
2024 estimate, 10,112.15… 3 times a year.

So I’ve got some bad news to share. Had a family meeting today.

This will be our last year family farming crops. Due to the massive increases in fertilizer cost, fuel cost, equipment maintenance cost and lastly, new federal regulations, government taxes and fees that have more than doubled in less than a year, it simply costs too much to continue. This combined with the massive losses at the hands of the squatters, this is the only option to keeping the farm viable long term.

While corn and soybean prices are still near record highs, the sheer cost to plant next year is more than double our gross revenue this year. All due to the above.

We’re going to be liquidating the row crop equipment and letting a larger farmer rent the farmable ground.

FJB

Still doing the goats and cattle but we are done with corn, soybeans, etc.

And sadly, we won’t be the only ones. But the plan going forward will at least let us keep the farm itself. Even if **** goes to hell.
That sucks but you still get to own the farm.

I swear, if I removed a bolt off this motor and immediately tried to put it back in the exact same hole it would be the wrong size bolt or thread count somehow

Oh I know. I am part owner in 360 acres. Imput costs are pretty crazy. 1000 acres is a small farm nowdays.
Yup, i have 49.6 acres, selling the farmland to the farmer that rents it. The money he spends on fuel and chemicals for the year is insane. Seeding fuel cost was $1000/hr.

I enjoyed the physics courses I took...

I would love to take another course that does nothing but go through Roadrunner episodes with Wile E Coyote.

I'd pay for that

We should do a joint Powerball ticket. We can all have Hemi cars then! If you can find one!
