I’m just gonna say one last thing before moving on.

Murder is already the highest illegal act we have on the books. If someone is hell bent on murder, no new amount of trival laws will stop someone prepared to ignore our most severe law.

Well, unless you use a rust CONVERTER or NEUTRALIZER first, it's a moot point, because the rust is still there and it's still rust. All POR15 and the like does is cover it. And I don't care what any of the marketing says, that does NOT stop rust. It only slows it down.
 
They all have fumes but not bad. I spray it on. Have to be prepped of course. You just want to actually stop rust fluid film actually penetrates it, but have to re spray it every other year. Use it on the vehicles here.
 
Here is a pic of the Rust Bullet. They make industrial coatings and concrete coatings also.

Well yeah. If you buy the POR15 kit like I did with the dart, it comes with a neutralizer that you brush on first. Turns the rust to a chalky white like color. Then once that dry, degreaser and then dry and then por15.

My husband uses fluid film on his truck. He hasn’t had any issues yet. He sprays it on every year. I’m just not a fan of the smell…I tell him his truck smells like feet after it’s done :lol: It fades after a bit.

The slip plate comes in an aerosol can. Can you spray it on or do you recommend brush on??
With a Grasshopper mower access to the deck is simple.
