Mornin Ray!Morning
Nope. Not yet. Probably fall out here in a little while.Hey Rob get some sleep I hope?
Oh I was referring to the wife's girl night at our house tonight. I'll be glad when it's over and I don't have to hear about it for a while. She was on the phone with her BFF discussing the food menu last night. You'd thought it was a three-day fest instead of a three hour get together.Well I have some red left over from Thanksgiving, maybe will pour a glass after work
I see, was actually surprised to see you mention wine lol!Oh I was referring to the wife's girl night at our house tonight. I'll be glad when it's over and I don't have to hear about it for a while. After 5 years you are on borrowed time. Definitely got your money’s worth! With my truck, 7.3 diesel, it has two 850cca group 65 and still has issues. I did call the parts place tonight and asked them to look up when i bought them. 2013! 10 yrs ain't so bad maybe. Time for new ones. Fingers crossed.
Agreed. I think it was the putting a new battery in my boys truck, the now broken other daily driver, and the hot rod that had me thinking I changed these out recently. After 5 years you are on borrowed time. Definitely got your money’s worth!
Actually its common, when i worked in parts lots of customers would insist the battery is 2 years old when in fact many of them were over 5 years. Its a phenomenon.Agreed. I just in august bought two new ones, the first two the guy brought out had a manufacturer date of April 2020… they only have a 3 year warranty dated to date of manufacture, so they were already out of warranty. So I made him dig through the stack and newest we could find was a pair made in October of 2022.Actually it’s common, when i worked in parts lots of customers would insist the battery is 2 years old when in fact many of them were over 5 years.
