My smoker. Kinda pricey but set it and forget it. Comes with temp probe and temp set/timer. I found if you watch Lowes and catch end of season for smokin wood you can get it practically free. I use hickory, apple mesquite and aldar depending on the meat. Prolly smoked 50 briskets etc. Lot of fun!
Industrial model.

Going to watch MNF...4 Roses whiskey with Grape G Zero...yum oh and healthy!!
I will stick to veggies!

Heading to see my doctor this morning, I have had a &^^%$$^^* headache for a week now, falling to sleep is hard to do, waking up with it is a PITA !! Coffee numbs it some what.. have not had a drink since Thanksgiving..

Hope everything turns out ok... Take care of yourself...

Ok I have a question. I want to eventually swap out the headers for a manifold. I have a 318 in my dart. I found these on marketplace place. 1973-1976 Mopar “A” Bodies | Mopar exhaust maniford great shape went with headers instead | Facebook
It says small block but is there anything else I should be looking for in regards to fit?

I prefer the older 67 - 69, (possibly 70) style 318 manifolds over those heavier later sets...

But the best exhaust manifolds for a 318 are the 68 - 70 340 manifolds... But you will have to use a 90° oil filter adapter for those...

There is a thief in our midst!
Kim did up cold cuts for supper. One slice of ham left on cutting board.
A couple minutes ago Ocean was chewing on something.i called her, she looks at me with the slice of meat hanging out of her mouth.
Not her fault, we left food unattended.. and we didnt think she could reach the counter:wtf:
Lesson learned-we hope..

My dad told us a story once when he was young, their housekeeper baked a lemon meringue pie and left it on the kitchen counter to cool...

They walked in a half hour later and caught their cat, Mike, who had eaten most of the meringue off the pie... :BangHead:

Any tips on downsizing this from the manifold 1" water pump 0.8?

Use one of these in the intake and one in the water pump if you want to use a 3/4" bypass hose:

Or one of these in the intake and one in the water pump if you want to use a 1" bypass hose:

Better priced one:

The barbed tip on either of these will seal better with the hose, so I recommend replacing the ones you have with one size of these...

The 1" size is much cheaper for the fittings though... You may want to check other places...
