Well apparently, the unloaded one of the **** ones on me.

Missed the morning check-in.
Was raining. Isnt now. Went and picked up Dennis’s firebird from painter. Not really impressed. I can say right off the hop, there was little to no blocking. I can see a couple things that a couple hours with a sanding block would have fixed it up real nice. He used something called spray filler. And hes going on about needing to cut and polish. Needs more than that. But after assembly it will look a lot better.

Send it back, tell them it’s a defect and doesn’t fit. Demand they send you a shipping label and fill refund

It was much cheaper than what Quantra Products had priced... So it might end up being the same tank I send back
I fully expect disappointment from RongAuto. I should mark this one somehow, Juuuuust in case.

Well with all the gas tank issues, and mine sitting in the back of the garage. Box long gone. I figured time to check it out.

They are tricky to get sealed when correct. Just sayin'
Nothing personal, but I would just try a loose fit as is.
You may just have to bump the trunk floor, or ding the tank.
Cut the new one and you own it for sure.
