Stop in for a cup of coffee

Its supposed to rain on Saturday at the Car show. Last time my windshield gasket leaked so bad I had 2 inches of water on the floor. Does anyone have any ideas of what to use to cover the car? At least the roof to cover the front and back glass.

Do they make water proof car covers?
Yeah but not cheap

Someone makes a kind of throwaway thin plastic one... I will see if I can find a link to it.

Sure they do. I had one on the 66 all winter and it has no rear windshield in it...

I can attest to the snow proof part! You can see the 66 with a foot of snow on it on the bottom left...

Same technology as tyvek...
Have you ever wore a tyvek? When I was a painter for Caterpillar, our paint booth got up to 118* one summer. We were in our underwear and still sweating through that damn suit.. It was the worst day ever... To this day I only wear them if I have to. LOL

Due to persistent 30 mph winds. BBQ Thursday has been postponed. Wind checks at the door. Spicy red adult beverages are available at a nominal fee. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Tyvek isn’t quite the same as Gore-Tex. Gore-Tex breathes a lot better because the technology is more advanced that Tyvek. (I used to work for DuPont :D)

Jeez, it got extra juicy around here as the sun was going down. 75* and 90% humidity...
