Sous Vide. So you take meat, put it in a water proof bag, put the machine into the water and it cooks it, won't and can't overcook it. Then you finish it off on the grill. Meat is usually seasoned in the bag but I like to put some more on when it's getting "finished off" on the grill. If you don't do that it looks like boiled meat....which it kind of is. I like it for some things, a little less for others.

As long as its finished on the grill, sounds good to me. What time should we all come over to try it?

Oh feeling better, dislocated my shoulder a week ago. Another two weeks in a sling. Feeling better everyday, but it gives me a slap when I do to much. Thrid time I've done this shoulder last 25 years, so know the routine.

My wife dropped 20 on a Mediterranean diet. Looks pretty simple cut out fried, butter and alcohol. Red wine is ok. I'm going to give it a go, like to loose 10-15 pounds.
 
Always always at a minimum wear eye protection, this little ****** broke and impacted my neck and face. Glasses stopped that one. Got a small nick on my neck. Nothing major. I think next time, I'll step up to a Fall face shiedl

Welded a couple small holes,cleaned window bed,drip rail area. Sprayed in some rust convertor, waiting for it to dry. Guess i need to get in and sand engine bay some more.

Realized i had .030 wire in the mig. Parts guy is away, so he cant open store for me..023 will be much better i think. Tomorrow.
