Stop in for a cup of coffee

Another night of crappy sleeping. I like to sleep on my stomach, have all my life.
Shoulder prevents that right now. You'd think you'd get use to sleeping on your back but you don't.
Roll over too far and BAM the shoulder wakes you up.
Happens five, six times a night....ugh!!!
Hopefully another week and its better.

Good morning folks , Ray (Hoppy) I want to see how far along you are going, I seen a post by ZMan then went back to see your progress and I did nit see anything

And you know that's always the hard part, but I will.
Lucky me have been through this twice before so know what to expect.
Yep, sleeping is a problem , and it don't get easier until it heals up, I don't sleep on my back or belly :( but my shoulder is getting better

Hey Memike I was just making a general comment with the panels he received a couple days ago. No new pics yet.

$4k??

You don’t need a scan tool for $4k, you just need an OBD II reader and a manual. Only about $400 bucks. Spend a few bucks more and get a multi-vehicle scanner/tuner and do everything.

Like I said, you don't understand how it all works.
I have a multi vehicle scanner but it doesn't do ABS module resets. Guess I need to step up to a better one eh?
Also, did you know you can read the OBD II stored codes on a Mopar since 2000 without even needing a scan tool of any kind?

It’s called the “key trick” and it will display any stored code in the system.
Yep, it actually worked on my 99 Ram.

Nothing new Mike the Uber killed me this week. Came home and crashed. Did get the new panels from Lawsons yesterday Nice stuff for sure. Better be for $400!

I dunno- um,eleventh?
Morning.
We got a lot of rain.
Sure, when an excavator shows up, the ground gets saturated.
Cant even move it now.
I think it will be here a few weeks, hope it dries up some.

Should be. We're gonna make a run down south a ways, take a boat out into the Gulf for a bit.
That will be fun for everyone!
No plans yet for today, yesterday I brought my aunt a couple more bottles of bloody Mary mix, she is housebound pretty much after busting her shoulder in a fall, the surgery botched and her other arm is lame now too. Sad. We had bloody Marys and my cousin stopped in, we learned to drive together in our grandpa's truck. Lots of good memories down here.
Hey how cool is it the storm has weakened?

Yes , very cool , down to a 2 now

The currents do seriously look up how they begin. I was in one once in the Navy it was small 40' hit us in the ***. Same scenario we were a thousand miles away from a hurricane in the Atlantic, we were in the gulf on the way to Nicaragua. Scary crap there have serious respect for the water and what it can do. People make their own choices though...….

Seriously with the hurricane in the Atlantic? Two words ROUGE WAVES!
in the Gulf? The hurricane can affect waves in the Gulf from the Alantic?

That will be fun for everyone!

Yikes Ray I stand corrected. I guess you have to weigh the risks.

Chris I would seriously tink hard about it, they are rare yes but......

I didn't think there would be any concerns being in the Gulf away from the hurricane. But yeah I just looked up wave forecasts on NOAA's website, I'll have to tell the wife no way. There's a tropical storm in the middle of the gulf now and rip tide warnings along the gulf side now. Ugh, she not gonna like this one

Glad you looked. A good way to tell usually if it is safe is the fishing boats either in port or out. They do it for a living and know what is safe or not.
