Most of the time, that’s very true.
Not so much for me today. Found out that if the Chinease company buys us out, I get the full severance package automatically regardless of what they offer me to join the new company.
It might just be the break I was hoping for.

I hope so. There is a lot that needs to happen and the deal could get derailed at any step. It won’t be certain until everything is signed and the money changes hands.
But, with a bit of luck....maybe....just maybe...I will have a path out of this crap.
I hadn't thought about that crank calls in a long long time.

I read through it. I know there's lots of different numbers and physical differences but I have never paid attention to them much.

You guys want more, let me know. My car started as 6. When I swapped in the v-8, back then it wasn't hard to walk into the parts store and find some hose that matched up with the existing radiator. Then in the while checking timing while waiting our turn in the lanes, the clutch and fan caught the core and top tank. That was round one (for the radiator) I already had a couple passes in.

Yes, the time line they are working on is 30 days to get agreement for the terms and then close by the end of the year. I can hold out for that...especially since I stood the CEO up a few weeks ago and gave him my new terms of engagement. Ever since then, he has been carefully restraining himself...and he needs me to stick around to get the deal to close.
I have leverage and I am using it.
5 months severance and healthcare starting after Christmas would work out just fine for me.
There's a place here in NE Philadelphia that made an aluminum radiator for Dr Bob's 2nd gen Barracuda. I have a drawing of it, but not quite enough dimensions to be confident its definate fit for all applications. I can forward that to you.
My current one is from Glen-ray. Took just one return after the trial fit and he got it done. I put a repop 68-9 fan shroud on it, and made an overflow tank bracket.
