It's nice.... But like a glass of milkOut of character for Texas Juice. 80 proof helps.

Yep. THey source spirit from other distilleries. Yhey may have some of their own juice to bottle but if legal, it will be young.
Canada grows and produces a lot of rye. Corn takes too long. Small grain like wheat and rye is what is grown there. Make spirits with what grows well there.Product of Canada took me by surprise I must say
