That filler neck looks nicely centered in the floor opening. I hope it all goes together nicely when you install the floor boot. (I've had challenges there...!)
I went through 4 different fuel tanks before this one that actually aligned correctly. I'm hoping it's all correct when I actually add fuel

Still working of the reconfiguration of the 10" windshield snorkel hood scoop from a 2-1/4" vertical opening to a 3-1/4" vertical opening.

I am almost ashamed to say how much time and effort I have in this project so far, but it's coming along.

Tom

Not sure if working on your trailer qualifies for this thread but I'll take a shot at it. I realized that the front of my 24' enclosed trailer (up in the vee area) had become a junk pit. So I decided to try to make something a bit more "organized." The trailer battery box is against the left wall and I carry a small generator along the right wall so whatever I did, it had to fit between those two items. And it had to have room for the winch cable to come rearward under it from the point of the vee as well.

Soooo....first, I bought a couple used metal office cabinets off Marketplace (even got the keys to the drawers!). Painted them a bit and built a sub-frame to tie the cabinets to the floor. It ended up a lot more work than planned as I had to relocate and cut some of the E-Track as well. And of course the trailer frame structure was in the way of mounting like I wanted. Anyhow, got it all secured and actually think I'm going to like it.

Started with these cabinets:

And ended up like this (nevermind the messy cardboard on the floor!):

Still have to make a countertop for it. I got a sheet of 1/2" PVC that I'll cut and run the router on to make one. I'll add a little lip/backsplash on the back, install it onto the cabinets, and call it done.

Maybe overall a bit cheesy bit it was a LOT cheaper than ordering the trailer with cabinets when I bought the trailer!

I replaced the parking brake cable equalizer on my van. As one who never uses them, I recently came to reminded of just how they are important in an emergency braking situation when it didn't work. Fortunately, a crisis was averted and I'll never take them for granted again.

Not working on my car this weekend. My wife and I are laying sod. 9 pallets total to put down. We have 4 done so far. We have twice the second picture down now.

Iam 69 back can’t do that anymore I’ll pay some one to do that
Hopefully, we're in our forever home and won't have to do it again. Job brought me to Florida and we're getting our backyard done so we can enjoy it next summer without a lot of work.

It's nice to be outside though. Had to take a break to check the college football scores!!

Looks good take a break every now and then your back will thank you

Cleaned up some valves from my old Magnum heads for my newly for my newly acquired old style EQ heads. Replaced the fuel filter and adjusted the carb on my Roadrunner and went for a test drive, with the recent temperature change which really wasn't that much, it started running a little rough...much better now:steering:

Spent yesterday with our car club at a local Cider Mill, then to the local metropark for some cruising and photos. It was a COLD start (~35*), but the sun came out & the wind died down providing us all with some great time together. This was probably the last outing of the year. Below is a sped up view from the Jaundiced GT's point of view. Enjoy!

Exhaust install

TTI - Manifold Back, 2 ½ inch pipe.

Pretty straightforward, I had previously made a modified cross member so it was already in the car. They have a template, cut and weld.

Used mostly existing holes and brackets

Had to remove one of the e-cable guides. Hacksaw blade on a sawzall to separate it from the floorboard. I'll reattach it out of the way.

Directions were pretty good overall. Worked back to front. I chose to use my own mufflers instead of the offered ones.

Just need to trim up the last bit and fit them together. Getting the manifold brackets in place after the fact required a lot of contortion...

Not doing anything. I underwent surgery for a ruptured bicep tendon on my left arm last Thursday. Pretty much out of commission for 3 to 4 weeks.

Today? Nothing. Not a damned thing. But yesterday I got to bring it home after buying it Tuesday. It spent 15 years in a pole barn and has been off the road since at least '99.

Yup, a real-deal M3 Swinger 340, 4-speed with a white top and tail stripe. I got all the original sheetmetal with it, along with an exceptionally rust-free '70 Swinger parts car. It only took me three years of bugging the current owner, but I'd known about (and wanted) the car since '01.

Pretty good weekend at the Garlits Mopar show with a pair of first places for the car. Humbling for sure as there were some fabulous cars there! I just enjoy the camaraderie of other car nuts and their rides.

Got to finally meet Paul (@70dart340 ) and his wife and a couple other members. Good times!!
