Depending on which Z bar you have, you can add to the bend in it to clear the Doug's headers. We did it on an install in a 72 Duster 340/4 speed car.

There were no difference in the humps, just get a piece of sheet metal to put there if the gap is too big. I don't know if the 66 and earlier humps were different, but after looking closely the hump you maybe for 66 and earlier.

Are the torsion bars new? They may have lost their tensile strength if not new. Also check the torsion bar cross member to make sure the welds are in tact.

If the application for the headers doesn't say "fits power steering", you are out of luck.

Your best bet is to install it, it keeps oil from migrating past the dampner seal. Ask me how I know.

Are you "sure" they are TTI headers? Post pictures of the PN if it is stamped on the headers. TTI made two different BBM headers, one set was for the B motor 361-383-400 and the other set was for 413-426-440 RB motor. The B motor headers will work on the RB motors, but the RB headers will hang...
