If you got the Flashpower housing, it has the correct length allen bolts. You say that you have cleaned out the bolt holes. For antifreeze to leak out when just refilling, it would have such a massive crack that it would be visible. Just took the housing off my Hemi water pump housing...

Something doesn't make sense here, if it was made in the fall of '72, it's a '73. They stopped making '72's in say the spring time slot. My seat bolts say C-10. NS. My '72 Dart Swinger was built 11/71.

Flowkooler is the only stock appearing pump with an impeller like this, they do move the water. It blew my silicone thermostat housing gasket out twice, then moved on to a Flashpower o-ringed housing. Other hi performance pumps are same ole same ole.

You can get your hoses at any auto store. I used Robert Shaw for the thermostat, the large one, not the small one. 180 or 195 for temp, I have used both. Correct length allen bolts come with that housing, 15-25 in lbs for torque. No sealer.
