    Synthetic Blend Oil? Gimmick?

Being a "gearhead" I'm curious and just want to educate myself on lubricant types and what they're made of... I'm ok if my vehicle is ok with the lubricant(s) I use both synthetics(whatever that means) on my newer cars conventional on my older, pre catalytic cars

    Synthetic Blend Oil? Gimmick?

Great information.... Given that I'm not a petroleum engineer or good at reading ASTM standards would it be fair to say that technically a synthetic blend can be made of 100% conventional oil and be called "synthetic blend" as long as "PERFORMS" like a synthetic blend, even thought there is...

    Synthetic Blend Oil? Gimmick?

My pessimism got the best of me... I've recently saw a brand name "Juice Cocktail" which had a label stating that it had less than 10% real juice - this means that it could contain almost NO real juice and be correct (less than 10% real juice). You know where I'm going - it is quite possible...

Check this out happened here in Pa.

That's amazing and unreal - Wow listen to the crunch of metal. Some say it's better to stay in a vehicle - for myself, I'd probably jettison the vehicle and get away from the action. Guess all situations are different.

The best explanation of a Plymouth unibody

Notice that the guys painting only had a mask(bra) over their noses? Loved the ditty! Also agree on dipping bodies - did they quit later? My 67 b body and 70 e body don't appear to have been dipped. Had '65 and '73 beetle's and both were definitely dipped - almost appear to have been dipped...

Same problem with my 71 D100 /6 Love the low end granny gear but would also like to have a "little" bit more high end. Has factory 8 3/4 with 3.23's and was thinking about converting to 2.76's. Would give me a little more top end and sacrifice low end. Any thoughts/comments or experience...

Do pork and human flesh taste the same? Cannibalism? Hmmm....

I'm not totally on board with this.

Hmmm. This may be offensive to some....not meant to be Given that pig valves and other parts may be used as replacements for humans, makes me wonder why historically some religions/beliefs consider pork unclean(inedible)? Are pork and human flesh/organs similar? Makes one wonder...
