you can swap the intake on the motor to a carb intake and if you get an 87-91 roller block it is an LA motor not a magnum motor so intakes are much more plentiful in designs and cheaper than magnum parts which are way different and do not interchange. And a 360 is miles ahead of a 340 anyway

A factory waterbuck for a factory cast iron intake won't fit that manifold. You need an aftermarket piece or stock aluminum

Never used a leveler and only used the lift plate when bought the set up. For install I just used a 3 ft section of chain Always used chain with no probs

87-91 is an LA Roller Block Anything after that is a Magnum Roller Block

If the vin matches the numbers on the block and the fender tag codes it as a 340 then it is a 340 car It would have had a single snorkel from the factory and the motor should be blue so It has been at least repainted if not rebuilt Got any pics of the car?

Let me dig out my painted and cleaned up un mounted mounts for the power steering and the alternator I will try to find the low mount power steering and the high mount power steering brackets

The bracket for the alternator is still on in these pics But the power steering is not I will grab a few pics of the alternator mounted on my 73 340 as it is all in the car
