It does call for two different Pittman arms. Moog K-7075 for manual and K-7076 for PS.

Sector size is the same. The 72 back used a smaller sector shaft on PS only.

I have not rebuilt a TRW pump. But I have rebuilt Federals and Saginaws. I don't use any sealer on the new Tank O ring and have had no problems.

You must have a TRW pump. That’s the only one I’ve seen with that gasket.

PS pumps are vain pumps, they pump more only when the pump is turned faster. I believe this bypasses some of the pressure to the rerun line.

If yours is leaking PS fluid from the sector shaft, you do not need to take the box apart. After you pull the column back after knocking the roll pin out, you can dig that seal out with a sharpened small screw driver. Then you can install a new seal. I've done a bunch of these on sheriff cars...

Yes. Same problem on my 69 Dart. Solution is to rear mount the calipers. For this you need to swap sides on the spindles and calipers. Not the lower ball joint, that stays.

I went with a RMS front suspension and a power rack. Header fitment is a dream once you get rid of the torsion bars. Just my 2 cents.

The pittman arm on the 67 will work. what year is the other one?

Your PS Pittman arm is a small sector shaft. Manual box all use a small sector pittman arm. Pre 72 pittman arm studs point up. 73 up point down.

I fill them with Valvoline red grease. Have for years.

The ball bearings are no big deal. They are gaged. One set in front and one set behind the worm gear assembly. Now the pitman shaft is either 3 bushings or three stacks of needle bearings. What is the part number on your box?

1/4”x24 fine thread tap. Yes you can have A 10 spline or 29 spline yoke. Your rears and shafts can be 7260 small joint or 7290 large joint.

You have to use the whole Assembly. Rotors,spindles, small joint UVA’s, KH calipers, etc.

If it is not bad I would leave that pulley on there.

There are other manufactures that are cheaper.

I had that issue on my 69 Dart. I found some new CPPA headers for it. But the problem was one tube came to close to the steering coupler. I solved it by using a Flaming River steering joint.

Some lines used the O-ring set up, and some used the inverted flair. You just have to remove the line to see which one you have.
