My 74 PW W100 deserves it! More power to you!

No.. and that's not literally blasting the entire cab and the entire doors...Do they seal it with epoxy ?
yes I don't like things getting out of my control and knowing it's coming back the same day gives me a warm fuzzy feeling.. LOL....$500 isnt too bad. Getting it back same day is a bonus! Gonna be gorgeous when done!
I think for like $79 you can get a kit on Amazon that has the remote and everything to make it work. I would think this would remove the need for locks and so forth?..Maybe paint matched door handles and locks?
Cley
I did not want the whole cab to metal..Did you not want them to take the whole cab to metal?
Looks like a cheesy sandblast job to me.
That's what I thought, good call.I did not want the whole cab to metal..
There is a lot of the cab that has good paint and I don't want to have to cover (epoxy primer) more area then I have to..
It may be some time before I can afford body work and paint...
Just the rust and crevices (hard to reach areas)..
Remember I don't have a spray gun at home and away to mix epoxy two part. I have to buy the $21 to $28 rattle can two-part epoxy to give it a quick cover up to buy time... If I have the whole thing blasted to metal I would have to take it to somebody and just have it epoxy coated... This way I can buy two three cans and get it the spots covered and have it ready for paint..That's what I thought, good call.
I've only got a very small air compressor..Time to go to harbor freight and buy a gun.
The green suction cup ones with the 1.7 tip make an excellent primer gun, and they are low pressure, so hardly any overspary.
