They are being attracted by your thistle plant seeds. It’s their preferred food.Thanks Dave. Never saw them around here before.

Or mopedsWhen the flood was in the mid west last year / winter, the corn fields did not produce enough corn for California to have it's mandatory 10% or whatever alcohol in the gas. So, California refused to lower the amount of alcohol for the few weeks it lasted. The refineries here were running on half capacity and the price on gas was over 4 dollars some places.
And this electric car stuff, first of all it is not enough resources for everyone in the world to have an electric car, talking long term now. But, short term, if they make it impossible to drive in gas cars, it means there will be a huge split in the people because not at all all people can afford an electric car, they are after all considerable more expensive than a gas car. It will be an elite in society that can afford a car, and all the others will walk, bike or ride the bus.
It must be other ways to solve the issue.

Congrats,well.... I just got weighed and such, a year ago, I was near 275, I'm down to 248. Body fat percentage though, down from 36% exactly a year ago to the day, down to 23%! All I did was eliminate pop and start walking more.

I’m on track for losing 100 lbs. I have lost 60 lbs so far. You can follow what I am doing and my progress here...Anything sugar is bad. I wish I could loose a hundred pounds or so.

First, you track the calories in what you eat each day over the course of about 2 weeks to determine what your baseline daily caloric intake is. If your weight is generally steady, then you are burning equal to what you consume. Then, simply reduce it by 300 calories per day and you will start losing about 2.5-3 lbs per month.My wife has talked about joining something called Weight watchers. How do you know you are 300 calories under what you burn. I mean, hm,... I understand the 300 calories. But, how do you find that other figure ?
The X, as in X minus 300 = Y
Last I was on the scale I was 292. I started walking on our treadmill, but then I got so sore under my left heel that I could barely walk, so I have not been walking on it for a while. And shortly after I started walking my blood pressure started dropping, without my loosing any weight yet. Now it is sort of a bit bad again.

I have my own weight loss theory... Its called The Eat - **** Diet. Weigh yourself before you eat...then weigh yourself after ya eat....then weigh yourself before and after ya ****.....if ya dont **** out more than you eat your gonna gain weight. **** out more than ya eat and loose wieght!!!! Since you burn less as you get smaller, after about 40 lbs loss you will need to reduce it by another 300 calories per day to keep that difference in intake vs. burn.
The scale will tell you if you are maintaining enough differential. You should be consistently between 2-4 lbs per month lost. If you are at only 1 lb per month lost for 2 months in a row, you need to reduce the calories a bit more.
I can estimate your current burn rate at about 3200 calories per day based on your weight.
A year ago, I went to a Wellness center where they ran a battery of tests, including a BodPod test and a resting metobollic test. We then calculated the bare minimum calories I burn just laying down, figured out how to plan my meals to meet within a certain number of those, including cutting pop out. Laugh now, but thats how I managed my weight in high school for varsity wrestling. I had it down to the tenth of a pound for things like peeing and such. gross but it worksI have my own weight loss theory... Its called The Eat - **** Diet.
