I’m glad for you and for him and his classmates. I remember the days following columbine. We had some idiot who kept threatening to do the same thing, even lit off firecrackers one afternoon. Lock down was scary but the evacuation and searches were even scarier to me anyway.
LOL, they realized how small your junk was? I always thought you had a ****** the way you serve in the guard, it takes a better pounding!

I’m no doomsdayer but this **** is getting out of control to the point there’s gotta be a major force driving this
The natural tendency to look for an answer that is easy to fix. ie find the conspiracy and eliminate it.
As one who has worked in both private and governmental organizations - you should know how hard it is to actually organize and successfully execute even a simple operation, never mind a secret one. :poke:
Yep. Its the power of idiots in large numbers operating individually.
Exactly. Percentages could be the same, but population now is larger numerically than it was.

Hate to say that at least it wasnt random. That kid had an issue with that officer. So happy it wasnt random and many ended up hurt or killed. Now let all the liberals push gun control laws and what have you. Not this time. The gun was in the hands of the officer and it saved his life during the attack.

Hahaha. After my IG complaint, they now suck up

What I was thinking wasn’t a government conspiracy or a corporation thing. I was thinking more along the lines of a psychological effect. Not saying video games or movies or anything but more of something along the lines of this false sense of entitlement. If you look at most of the major mass shootings and even the smaller ones, it’s almost always due to a sense of payback. Like the one near me last year. Kid was turned down for a date to the winter dance, so he went home, broke into dads safe, got a pistol and came back and shot the girl who turned him down, a purple others and a teacher.

Amazing how much work I am getting done by turning the computer off, turning my work phone off, and putting on my jams in the garage and letting the hours roll on.

Oh My God, what a day. 9:30am... There was a kid who stabbed the police liaison officer at my sons high school. You will see it in the news. Oshkosh West. Officer shot the kid. Officer is out of surgery with knife wound to his neck and gun shot wound to his wrist. No official word on the kid but 5 rounds were fired. Kid posted something last night about today being the day.... anyway. 1200 or so students evacuated and all of us out in the snow waiting to pick them up. I am beat...
I'm glad your boy is ok. This **** is getting crazy!!! Has no parent heard of locking up their guns and teaching their children about guns?? I was an absolute hot head teenager and, never in my wildest moments did I EVER think about taking a gun to school or anywhere else to take care of my problem with someone...PARENT your child!!!! Just because you have a kid does not make you a parent!!! My guns are locked in a gun safe and my kids do not have access to the keys and, they know better anyway....because I PARENT my kids...

Agreed! So are mine. With a couple quick access safes that only I and my wife know the combos too. The main safe has a keyed combo dial, have to have a key to unlock the dial. I have the key with me and the spare is in a safety deposit box.

Exactly!!! Like I have told my son before it's about respecting the gun and, the safety in how you handle the weapon. As far as taking care of problems with people at school or whatever, I tell him...Dont go starting fights but, if one comes to you...you have my full support to finish it...

Finish with a fist, not a weapon. My daughter already has that down at age 6. She actually had it at age 4. Kid at daycare kept biting my son, who was 2. She knocked the kid out cold. Got kicked out of daycare but I was okay with it given the circumstances

Oh I mean with a fist...My son is super quiet and very soft spoken in school and around groups of people...a few years ago he was having an issue with a kid on the bus. He told me about it and, I told him to stand up to the kid and if he swings...take him down...and he did, I was just fine with that. The bus driver said she couldn't believe he did that because you wouldnt even know my son was on the bus most days because he is so quiet....driver said she was not going to do anything to my son because if he got mad enough to pop this kid in the mouth then that kid had it coming...lmfao!!!

This town’s decorations are apparently intended to remind everyone that Christmas is coming...
