I don't like the dial ones have gotten burnt by them usually off. Great if you get a accurate one. Ever get that scope going?

The only trouble that I've had with the advance light was the dial was off on one that I used alot, Eddie noticed that we needed to tighten the set screw for the dial.. We compared it to a non analog one to calibrate it back to where it should be...

I prefer analog gauges over digital because with analog you can see the rate of sweep on the needle... You get a feel for how fast the gauge is reading/changing.... :D

You can't get a feel for how much the digital ones are changing by looking at numbers changing... :BangHead:

I like the dial ones, so I can map the curve of the distributor in the car...

I get a good feel for the accuracy by setting the timing to 10° advance on the timing chain cover with the light on zero advance, then turn the dial to 10° and make sure that the mark is now on 0° for the timing marks on the cover with the dial on the light set for 10°...

One of the oval track choices
It’s hard to find a muffler that sounds decent in my Jeep, being a v6. They all wanna sound like a ricer. This flowmaster super 40 actually gives it a mild, deep and smooth tone. Buddy had it on his mustang but said it was too loud and droned bad. I think the v6 lacks the flow to make it have that problem on the Jeep.
