I would like to see this cover band. The Lexington Lab Band Click on the video link. It's their whole music catalog. Open it on You Tube and let it run in the background. Good tunes all day!

If they were people of color, they would be the Lexington Black Lab Band...

(Black Lab like the dog....) :D

MRI vosit done. No tears or surgery. Bursitis. Keep taking it easy, exercises, etc. Reevaluate every 2 weeks. No working on things at home or work. Some exercises and limit walking.

Be patient guy, that has to be super frustrating for you given your normal activity level. I am guessing you are to the point that you almost wish it was a tear so they could just go in and fix the dang thing.

So chalk this up to another I should have paid better attention to my Grandfather moment.

Brazing: I need to add a piece to my chain saw muffler as part of this soup up kit. It calls for brazing the larger deflector to the outside of the muffler. Can this be done with a plumbers torch or should I break out the oxy/ace torch and go get a brazing torch end?

Propane or mapp won’t melt brass

Your a smart guy, you think a muffler might get hotter then a propane torch? Then you cannot attach it using that method. Oxy /ace is needed. IMO.

Yes I am going nuts, but if it isn't torn, then let's just get with getting it better. Topical anti-inflammatory and a pill also with exercises to build strength back. It is nice knowing the mechanics of my knee are sound. Now if I push my luck it is more inflammation versus damage.

I absolutely suck at not "pushing through the pain" and just sucking it up.... especially with strains and inflammation.... if it's going to be broke then it needs to be #@$₩ BROKE...

Hope you can find that Zen spot in your mind and let things heal

I struggled all those months with pinched nerv issues, and now there needs to be recovery. Legs still are sore, walking is getting a little easier, but slow. Arthuritis is also starting to affect me.
