Splitting hairs. If you want proof of how gun bluing, or steel or whatever rusts despite routine monthly cleaning and oiling, you should see the vast majority of the weapons in my Guard unit's armory... them things are cleaned monthly and they still rust. No, it won’t. It is already oxidized. However the underlying steel can still be oxidized through the coating. Regular oil applications can prevent most of that.
Depending on what they are, action parts could be worth some coinWhat do you need chopped up rifles for? W'd I miss?
Good luck. Hopefully it works out for youWas an interesting day today. I was contacted by another Pharmaceutical company through my network that wants to talk to me about my possibly becoming their Chief Operation Officer.
Sure...I will be glad to talk to them.
No, it’s not splitting hairs...it is scientific fact. Bluing does not rust. Steel does.Splitting hairs. Sounds like Small Claims Court is in order.OMG, Im getting so pissed at this contractor.. They had instructions from the city inspector to contact me to resolve the issue with my house. They sent me a text message on the last day of the final notice saying he was going to call the inspector to find out what was going on. So he did, the inspector said dont talk to me talk to the home owner. That was last week, Wed...
So today I send him a message asking him why he has not contacted me as the letter from the inspector said he was supposed to. He replies back telling me to talk to him with respect, and he is trying to remedy the situation but doesnt want to give me bad or no info. I reply back saying that I've been nothing but patient and respectful through this entire project, which was supposed to be done in Sept. I also mentioned speaking of respect I expect an in person discussion regarding my house with him and his supervisor and not over a text message as that is very disrespectful and unprofessional. So he replies back saying he will set up a meeting next week and that he is looking forward to it.. Pampas ***!
I've got a huge list of all the problems I've had to fix on the house myself, so I will be deducting that off of the top of what we owe them. Let alone all of the stuff that still is not done on the house.. Im so sick and tired of dealing with them, and I also feel Im going to lose or end up in court
Nope, it will be bigger than that.. Talking about $20KSounds like Small Claims Court is in order.
Or at least a good old fashioned *** kicking!Sounds like Small Claims Court is in order.
LOL, that would be nice, but the cannons on this guys arms are pretty impressive. Although I am quick I dont think that will resolve much, and my house still wont pass inspection.Or at least a good old fashioned *** kicking!
Yeah, but it’s stress relieving to think about anyway...LOL, that would be nice, but the cannons on this guys arms are pretty impressive. Although I am quick I dont think that will resolve much, and my house still wont pass inspection.

Lawyer time. Hate lawyers but you need one nowTalking to the wife about this mess with the house. I was telling her what the conversation was today, and how the Project Manager was going to set up the meeting. Keep in mind the project manager is the one that installed the stone on the house wrong. While in the shower and thinking about this, I thought screw it. Im setting up my own meeting. Im not relying on him to do it. The wife mentioned she had the owners personal cell phone number because she left it on a voice mail for the company. So I will be calling that tomorrow and getting the jump on this. I dont think the owner has any idea about what is happening.
Only downside when the wife tried to call her she never returned her call either, regardless I'll be leaving messages.
I already mentioned possibly having a coworker there. He used to work for a big name builder here and knows the ins and outs. He could run them up one side and down the other, problem is he has a tendency to piss people off. So Im not sure that would be good. I thought about recording it also. I have every single text message to them and my wife does also for all of her communications with them.. No way will I be showing them the only contract I have let alone sign anything else.. They will be getting bad google reviews and BBB reviews when this is all done.Have a neutral third party there to record or witness all discussions. Best if you could get the inspector to be there as well. If you can't, an audio/video recording, letting them know upfront it's being recorded should be done at a minimum. And don't sign **** without a lawyer.
I've thought about that also..Lawyer time. Hate lawyers but you need one now
