just put a new intake on a few weeks ago, didnt get the back rtv'd enough, oil leak like 15 minutes later, had to do everything all over again. i put the end gaskets on, just to be sure along with the rtv. dave

yea, the rear end definitely was just hanging. i gotta put a new throw out bearing in, hopefully wednesday, once i get it in, i'll see if i can do it with the rear end supported like on jacks. didnt really think anything about it just hanging either tho, thanks for all the info. i'll let you...

so i had my car lifted up and had it running because i was having issues with the transmission and whatnot. well when i shifted into 4th gear, like the whole rearend was shaking and my dad said it looked like the driveshaft my be bent some. any one have this problem before? dont wanna ruin...

I took the 318 out, built up a 340. So i put a whole new engine in and i also changed the 3rd member out. It sounds great too. Dave

Finally got the barracuda running, its been a long time. I just have to get it insured again and take it through emissions. Sounds great, and I cant wait to drive it hard. Dave

ive got headmans on it now, kinda want some tti's but the headmans will work for now. dave

anybody wanna give me some advice, im getting alot closer to breaking the engine in. ive heard a few different oils and whatnot. i also heard that the diesel oils dont have the zinc or whatever in them anymore. any additives to use? thanks, dave
