I am currently installing a383 in my '73 Twister, I have the scatter shield and most parts as it was a 3 spd 318. My questions is, has anyone used cast iron manifolds on the big block swap? I just don't want to spend $800 for tti's.Any input would be appreciated.Thanks.

I have my 512 stroker installed and should be cranking it this weekend. When I removed the valve covers the rocker rollers are not all centered on the valve stem. My machinist says that it is okay but i am not so sure. Any opinions or experience would be appreciated. Thanks

I busted a piston in my 440 Dart and now I am having a 512 stroker built to replace it. It is a 440 Source stroker kit with 10.5 comp., port and polished source heads, an Isky .600 roller with .300 -.300 duration. Edelbrock rpm dual plane and 850 holley. Any idea how much hp and torque it will make?

I have a 440 in my 69 dart and recently the water in the rad. has been disappearing. Ater a recent 60 mi. trip coolant was down about 4" and resevoir was empty. No water in the oil, no excessive condensation in the exhaust. Does anyone have a clue? Thanks for your help.

My newest project is a '69 DART 440, .600 lift isky solid roller, headers, Be Cool radiator, aluminium high volume water pump,It does not run hot in town or at idle but got to 205 today on the interstate. Makes it want to vapor lock like an old flat head Ford. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When installing new door panels coat the cardboard backing with Plasti- dip. Available at Ace Hdw. will serve the same purpose as oil on the originals. Made my 65 belveder panels look like factory nos.Takes one spray can for four panels.
