well ive spent the last 2 weeks trying to get my rear window tinted. ive been told it cant be done. oh well...... had a guy come out thursday to install the front and rear glass and bring a new front window. we spent about 3 hours trying and finally got the rear in. what a pita! get that done...

need the clips that hold the door panels on for a early cuda. anyone know where to get them? thanks guys

you guys may want to check your hood springs once in a while. i was doing some cleaning and looked down and saw this. only about 1/8" holding the spring on. next step is to weld some heavy flat washers on the pin. if the spring had come off it could be nasty and dangerous.

ok, had the cruise tonite. not too many mopars but there were a few. also a couple of pickups. mostly blowtie stuff. there were a couple of real sweet mustangs and a real cobra. lots of people,cars and fun. no booze allowed so that made things nice and mellow as in no drunk aholes starting...

finally got my hood sanded and buffed today. got a buddy to come over and help hold the hood while i bolted it on. what do you guys think? all you early a body guys should be able to spot this right away....whats missing in the pic with the hood up? first right answer gets a brownie button!!

finally got some tires. these are the rear, the fronts are on backorder. this is a 66 cuda, mini tubbed, inboard springs, 15x10 outlaws with 295-50-15 goodyear eagle gt 2s. damn its been a long road!!

have a gastank that had surface rust on the inside. got a price quote of $80 to have it cleaned. (acid dipped) screw that! so i came up with the idea that a few pounds of gravel in the tank would be just like sandblasting it nice and clean. WORKED GREAT. so im $80 bucks ahead. only took an hour...

for a 70-71 duster. are these available. they are a plastic bushing on the linkage to pivot arm under the dash. thanx for the help
