Ian
Wow. Been a while. Sorry about that. Everything went to a screeching halt over the last few years. I’m back into now. The engine is being built by IMM. Still a couple months out though. I will update and make a new thread.

Man I started this thread a long time ago. I have an update.

I have a Dick Landy 174 set up sitting on the shelf, I think I am going to put it on a 340 I have and stuff it in my 46 Dodge truck. Couple it to a RR 4-speed and a 8.75.
It should make a fun truck.

Nice lookin setup. What percentage are you gonna drive the blower?

Thank you. 6” crank pulley with a 2.5” blower pulley is 140% overdriven.

Good GAWD. They must not move a ton of air to begin with. That seems like a boat load of overdrive.....but I'm all for it. I've never seen the point in NOT USING a blower. I've built a few blown engines and using them is where it's at. I never have understood guys that build engines and then underdrive them.

I'm really diggin the #5 exhaust valve. That beeotch is some amount of OPEN! LOL
Yea I’ll be working that thing. 6500 Engine rpm is 15,600 on the blower side. That’ll make some heat! LOL. I had Brian go bananas with the cam. Lol

If it doesn't blow the Teflon off the rotors, it'll make some power.
