Just going off the top of my head. Reground your cam, had preignition problems because of too much compression but did not try and recurve your dizzy, shouted down anyone who disagreed with your carbs even though the are not matched to your combo, bought SM heads 1 because you always wanted them 2 you wanted to run more timing praying they disipate enough heat due to your desire to run straight pump gas 3 added clutch tamer to slip the clutch getting you better 60ft times so it would not shock your drivetrain and break stuff so you can get your et closer to high 11's and running closer to the et your mph suggests.

...Pre ignition and detonation are not the same thing.
.....When any one of these characters gets their naturally aspirated a body Mopar in to 12's and Far Beyond then they can tell me what's up but until then....

Yes on a perfect day with a tailwind and all that good fun stuff there's a possibility you could reach at 12 but that would just be a one-time thing... I feel the need to "step in" as a consultant in retirement from the J job. This math shows the cars efficiency. My car ran 99 mph in the 1/4. What is 1320 divided by 99 mph? 13.3's What did I run? 13.3's. IF I do say so myself, this is EXTREMELY hard to do with a street car. Now, let me recline....So you're telling me you believe everything you see hear and read on the internet... Bahahaha....

I could get you low 12's with a head and cam swap and a little gear. What does not change is the math. It works, even for a 9 second car. So, a car that goes 112 mph in the 1/4 can run 11.78 if it's efficient.
