They are pretty cheap - I think ~$135 each. I was looking into several options to paint over or powder coast the polished lip on the traditional black bullits then one day I looked and they had come out with all black ones. I won't be with the car for a couple of weeks but will take more photos next time I'm there - which is hopefully to drive it out of storage for the summer! They also have matte all black wheels but last I checked those were only available in 18's.

Well, I got out the tape measure and straight edge. On the rar of my 68 barracuda I could run a tire with 12" sectional width with a max of 28" diameter with the right back spacing. So 275/60r15 on 15x8 with 4.5-4.25" back spacing. This leaves 1/2-3/4" of clearance between springs and fender.

Tempted to try 295...

18x8.75 front and rear, 6.28" backspace, +35 offset, 73.1 mm centerbore, 21 lbs. each.

I've acquired a set of 7J 17" Thrashstar Showwheels last week and trial fitted one on the front of my Dart.
They have 4.25" offset, which (unfortunatly) is only 3mm more than the current wheels on the car, and on which the tire rubs the fender during steering and just a slight suspension compression.

The tire in the pic is a 225/50/17.
It is a little closer to the fender's edge than the 215/60/15 tire I currently run with, so it will rub for sure.

I will need to find/match up a tire that gives a slightly more room, without looking too small. Thinking of going with 215/45/17, or 205/50/17.
Might even going as far to roll the fender lip a bit, or work the entire fender's wheel opening outwards to get more tire room.

What did you do to the opening to fit the tire? I am thinking of modifying the front of the rear wheel opening on my Duster to fit the 29-30 tires but my wheel wells are widened or mini tubbed to the frame rail and spring relocator kit has been installed. I have aproximately 14 inches between the inner housing and the quarter panel lip inside.

Give it some negative camber,.5-1 degree-, also are you having problems with the front edge of the fender? I run no front fender braces on mine and 5.7-5.8+ caster which moves the tire back some too. I ended up trimming my lips at dead center top because it still barely rubbed pulling into my driveway at angle. After a year of it barely touching, I still couldn't tell where from any type of marks so I guessed, top center. Well it helped but once in a while, probably 10% of the time, I still hear it.

yes the car is lowered a fair amount in the front. Have about 5/8" frame-to-LCA play.
In the trunk are 2 propane tanks which lowered the car by itself but I've also got 6 leafs per side and a set of Monroe Sensatrack loadadjuster shocks to help keep things up.
I will be installing an extra leaf per side to add a little more springrate and use lowering 1" blocks to get it down again.

I've got a pair of JS 1" torsionbars ordered for the front.

The front tires in the pics above have now been mounted at the rear and I now have a pair of Michelin tires with size 215/50R17 on the front.

The frontwheels already have a good amount of camber, actually around 2 degrees orso, which I want to lessen a bit as tires wear fast this way.
Can't recall exactly how much caster has been setup in it, but it kinda was as much as possible with the stockstyle (poly)bushings. The number 1.5 - 2 degrees is what I have in my mind. With a little more on the pass.side.

Here's a pic of the current stance (pic was taken with almost empty tanks, currently the rear is about 3/4 to 1" lower);

Whew! I just ordered the same size fronts on showwheels streeters and I am hoping to not have to trim anything. I will be riding stock height and SS springs in back. 440 up front with .920 bars.
 
I dont have wheelwell molding either....
