**** them all if they do not have red hair and blue eyes![/QUOTE]

I have a bald head and blood shot eyes..

I hear that, probably would have been a lot more fun. That’s a great drive at this time of year.

Yes and less chance of getting sick again and cutting my trip short.
Granddaughter has State competition this weekend. With school.
Then received a personal invite to compete at an event in Kodiac?
Sh e took 3. Individual first place medals. And 1 first place in the relay.
Last Saturday.

Oh see is scary fast .
Two women from another school who were there to watch there girls run
Commented about how fast she is. As it's like watching an adult run with children.
I'm sure competition will only get harder as she advances. Time will tell.

Yep only 14.
Didn't even start running or training till this year.
Heck she wasn't even on the team at the start of the year.
Long story.
Has 12 first place medals this year.
She keeps it up she'll get some nice college scholarships or possibly even an Olympic trial if she's that good

Like I said long story.
It was an Olympic scout that noticed her running with her brother during warm ups.
He told the coach. Why isn't that girl on your team. She is a pure runner.
Well the coach asked him who are you to judge talent.
He showed his credentials and told him does this qualify me.

 Nice

She was at an invite only ev ent in Hawaii last month . She currently holds the record for her age group. After winning the 100 200 and 400 meter events.

So, I saw my Doc today for my quarterly well visit check-up. Officially I am down 28 lbs now based on his scale.

That’s 28 lbs in 9 months. My original plan was 3 lbs per month steady weight loss. My average is 3.1 lbs now...right on plan.

I started at 315 and now I’m at 287. By the 1 year mark, I should be at 278, the same as I was when my daughter was born 14 years ago.

It’s a long haul plan, but it took 14 years to gain the weight I expect to lose in a year.

After that, it is a long 2 year process to keep going down to my target weight of 200 lbs.

Keep it up man!
I have been well under 200 my whole life, hit 200 a few years ago, and it held for a long time.
Since i started working at home,
Dropped to 184 ,and i need to maintain it.

Theres no way i can imagine what you are going through, but im positive you are noticing the changes.
3 guys,1 is 250,other 2 are near 300. All around my age couldnt break wheel nuts loose.
All three tried to no avail.

I loosened all 6 nuts. Its agility.
I’m sure some agility is coming back.

The progession is kind of amazing to me.

Sounds as if you have a plan that is working for you. That's a very important key to a successful weight loss program.
Most people quit trying after a few weeks due to what they feel is a lack of progress.
I remind them, as you know, it didn't go on overnight and it isn't going to come off overnight.
Every meal is a decision.
Keep up the great work.
