I added a simple thing. I drink 12 oz of low sodium V8 juice every day and it adds 1200 mg of potassium and only 200 mg of sodium. I call drinking it “talking my medicine”.Keep it up !!

Eating spinach adds a bunch of potassium too. I did that first but I couldn’t eat spinach at every dinner meal and the V8 juice is easier to maintain as a regular thing.

Actually.............the meat, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, bacon and cheese part of the burger isn't that bad for you. The bun however is full of carbohydrates. Carbs increase blood sugar, cause weight gain, high blood sugar can cause diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc, etc, etc. The French fries are totally full of carbs....onion rings are a little better for you than fries. Even a Veggie burger is bad for you if you use a regular bun.Don’t they make a 1/2 and 1/2 burger now. That may work for some ppl. Kim
