the way its measured is a big PITA, i say set where you like it (or to clear speed bumps and what not), then get it realigned. anytime you change ride hight, the alignment is going to get a bit off. i personally like the front low (well, the whole car low), but with stock control arms...

hey guys, i got all the fuel lines run finally, but when i turn the pump on, at first it just sounded normal, but didnt build any pressure. then fooling around checking to see if fuel was actually making it to the carb, now it sounds like it primes, then looses prime and prime and looses prime...

the foam i used was very soft and "squishable". i dont know what it came from because i just had it around at the time, but it is similar to the foam you can buy at the hardware store in strips to seal windows for air conditioners. als, they make those plastic carb hats that are cheap too. mr...

yop will prob have to make them. i made a set for my dartsport years ago, by cutting out the main shape in thin sheetmetal (one for each opening) and glueing foam (something that can be easily compressed and thenexpands back to shape) to the back side of the sheetmetal with regular 3M general...

oh, so the rockers were on wrong. thats an easy mistake. heck yea, way advanced timming will rattle a motor big time. i once had a similar situation and had almost 50 degress of timing in the motor--not including vacum advance. turned it back a bit and all was well. --chad
