Actually he's a Mopar engine rebuilder (and a very good one), but he doesn't do complete cars just engines and automatic transmissions.

My Duster and some cash. He's just a super nice Mopar guy that builds Mopar engines professionally who wanted an A body to build up. I just lucked out, you know "right place / right time". The Duster is in very good condition but the Challenger is too.

Hey, I'm just a bit curious. I posted to this thread yesterday (Friday the 2nd) and today it's not there. Did I say something wrong?

Gotta tell you, I paid $3.299 for 87 yesterday and $3.199 on Tuesday. I drive 110 miles each day just to go to work and back. I haven't had the Duster out since August 17th. I hope this ends soon.

(to 71Duster) Got any pics? My Duster looks amazingly alot like yours except blue with white stripes. I just put 235 70 15's on the rear. They fit fine and give a nice height but they're not as wide as I'd like. Looks ok from the side but so-so from the rear.

I dunno, it might. I know it's not real (for horses I mean) cause it's way too small, also the nail holes don't really go all the way through. But it's real iron and it appears to be pretty old. There's no inscriptions at all, just the pentastar!

I went to the local tire shop to get some new tires on the rear of the Duster. I pull into a parking space and there's a contractor in his S10 eatin lunch. He looks over at me as I'm pullin my seatbelt off and yells "Hey, want something cool for your car"? Thinking this guy is either stoned...

Does anybody have a picture of a Rally dash frame without the gauges in it? I want to see the difference between a rally frame and a standard frame. I have a standard but would like to change over to a rally dash. If it's TOO much trouble, I'll just go with the RockyMountain conversion.

I'm considering a seller proclaimed "numbers matching" 72 Demon but I have to be honest, I don't know how to verify it. The only knowledge I have is of a 69 Camaro which has the vin stamped on the rear ledge of the block. Is the vin of a Demon stamped on the engine block? I think this guy...
