If you reuse the factory plenum plate grind about 1/16" off the plenum bolts, they are too long and bottom out decreasing the clamping force. And use locktite.

My opinion is a cover made with NOAH fabric because they turn water very well. Just about any site that sells covers has it NOAH covers and they are a little pricey but well worth it.
